In case of inclement weather, or if we have to cancel a concert for any reason beyond our control (illness of a performer, for example) we'll try to let our audience know as soon as possible. We'll post on the website, leave a message on our telephone line, and if we have contact information we will do our best to notify those who have prepurchased tickets or prebooked. We will reschedule the concert if at all possible, and persons who have prepaid can either receive a full refund or use their tickets towards a future concert.
